“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“Recently our cat was involved in a road traffic accident and I can truly say that the care he received at Medivet saved his life before he could be transferred to Fitzpatricks Referrals. Would highly recommend this practice. He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. They were all incredible and we will be eternally grateful for their support and expertise”

“Wow I don’t know where to start! This journey has been a huge emotional rollercoaster for all of us! Long story short; Magda and her team saved our 5 month old Bullmastiff puppy’s life. Prince is so special to us all, and you did everything you could and more to save him. Everyone that works at aura is so lovely and kind and professional, they provided round the clock intensive care for our boy, and carried out major surgery and because of that he is still with us now. “Wonderful place where to leave your pet! Lovely staff members! Our dog loves everyone there. She is excited to go there and get paired with other doggys! Lovely grounds, kennels look clean, staff members always seem running around and checking on pets. Lovely expirence, would recommend to everyone! Goood Price too!!! Remember that staff members always are on farm and don’t leave animals without supervision like other places! That’s like super bonuss for us, as our fur baby is most loved one in our family! Couldn’t be happier!”

“The hotel is an amazing large old building with lots of nooks and crannies. Great garden. Looks a good venue to have a wedding. Food is good in the restaurant and service is good but can be a bit slow. This is tucked away from the main road.”

She's a shy girl and he was patient in getting to know her and she learnt to trust him quickly - she now rolls over for him for a tummy tickle! His photos and updates gave us a lot of comfort seeing how happy she was too. Clinton's also reliable and prompt, we really can't ask for more!”

It was a great way for us to build up to our puppy's first groom. Alex is professional and experienced. He's knowledgeable about dog grooming and did a wonderful job for our puppy's first big boy groom.”
