“We love this new edition to the neighborhood, we really like the sophisticated but at the same time warm decor, fantastic food, and excellent service. The menu rotates, some items being the same but other being new, which is very nice. The kitchen / food is truly excellent and we just love the food. Some favorites, beetroot salad, pate, fresh Cod, and really good soups, as well as wonderful mains, on the seasonal menu. A great place for quality food and drink with excellent service, traditional but with a modern twist. Warm service that is always extremely excellent. Highly recommend!”

“Lovely local B&B with waterfront access to the Grand Union Canal. Perfect for a couples' getaway with breakfast served in the room and kayaks available for paddling to a pub for dinner.”

“My bridal party and I stayed here for my wedding weekend in August 2022 and I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough! Jade and her front of house team made the whole experience easy and look seamless, yet as with a wedding we had made requests from dinner bookings to flower arrivals and the car to pick us up on the day. On top of this they delivered surprises throughout the day that were completely unexpected. We stayed in the suite as well as the double double, both of which were extremely quiet, especially considering the amazing location! The rooms were clean, spacious and modern, particularly the suite which had a huge rooftop terrace with views across London, perfect for photos! Could not recommend this hotel enough!”

“Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything necessary for a long stay. Room condition is great, new furniture, clean. Only frustration at checkin was the insistence that I show the credit card used to book the room. But it was a corporate centrally booked room, so I didn't have the card. My admin had to talk to them on the phone for 20 minutes to sort it out. A bizarre, mystifying waste of time for a corporate apartment company to foist on guests.”

“Stayed from 19 - 25 July, 3 pax (1 couple + 1 friend) Check in: Check in was relatively smooth, though we did have to wait for quite a bit for the room to be ready. By the time we managed to get the room it was about 4pm/4.30pm but our schedule was pretty relaxed so we weren't too bothered. Apartment: Apartment was lovely. We stayed in apartment 4 on the 3rd floor. It was very hot in the apartment but we did come in the middle of the heat wave (40degree summer) but once we opened the windows for ventilation, it was a lot better. One thing to note though was that the living room was definitely hotter than the bedrooms, little to no wind was flowing through the windows there. One bathroom among 3 people was definitely not the most ideal but wasn't a big issue. Though having separate hot/cold taps is not my favourite when trying to get the right temp for a shower. Washer/dryer was a lifesaver especially during the hot weather. Beds were pretty comfy and there was adequate wadrobe space though we didn't really utilise them. Location/Neighbourhood: Location was perfect. There were shops nearby for basic necessities and restaurants down the road if you wanted to eat out. Also for fitness people there were boutique gyms like 1 Rebel down the road and Fitness first as well as Pure Gym around the corner. Very easy walks to various lines with Hammersmith station 5-ish mins walk away which gets you on most lines. The other direction gets you to Goldhawk (?) station which is also like a 10+ min walk. Super convenient, would definitely recommend the apartments to groups/couples/families for your next trip!”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

If you are looking for a hotel experience then this is not for you, but if you want a well equipped hotel room within walking distance of everything, then this is for you. Great little hotel.”

“Lovely place! Our room was a good size, and had good amenities. Slept so well, comfy bed. The bath plug slowly let the water out, but I really enjoyed my stay here so still giving 5 stars as not a major issue. Reception staff lovely and welcoming, plus food arrived promptly and was tasty. Found free parking in a nearby street, so that was convenient. Would definitely recommend, and would happily stay there again if I am in the area. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Clean and stylish rooms, professional staff, close to a lot of restaurants and to the metro station, within 20 minute walk to the park. The surroundings aren't particularly modern, but they are (mostly) clean and with a lot of diverse people and cultures.”

“Having traveled to London multiple times for business over the past 14 months, this place has become my home away from home. I stayed at Urban Stay from April-June and again August-October of 2019, and for an additional 2 months and counting this year. First, I would like to compliment the staff. They are always friendly, helpful, and attentive to any problems that have come up during my stays. The facility itself is always clean, and everything in the apartment is well outfitted. Staying here as long as I have, the full kitchen is exactly what I need. The building is conveniently located across the street from Liverpool Street Station and Stansted Express bus. There are tons of great restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. We were spoiled for choice. Overall, very pleased with this place, and I will be back anytime I am in London.”
