“A truly great jeweller with no hidden cost and goes above and beyond to get the ring / item of jewellery which you need. In Southall you have many jewellers, but Ramesh Jewellers gave me the best experience. Customer service was 10/10, did not try and sell me something which was outside of my budget and gave me good advice and knowledge I will refer to when making any jewellery purchase. Give them your budget and a realistic time frame and they deliver. I personally bought a engagement ring and not only was it on time but built to my specification with some bespoke touched. Nothing I said was a challenge to them and they were in constant communication with me throughout the process. Please visit as they was the best jewellers I used.”

“Can`t comment on quality of products only customer service. Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”
