"Today I went to icutz for the first time. I’m grateful for Abdul who took lot of things into consideration before he even started the hair cut. I am also thankful for his patience with me today. The rest of the team is good. Though the place was busy with all men but I as a lady felt very comfortable and relaxed. No special treatment But I didn’t feel intimidated in any way. The hair cut is to my liking and my Husband liked it too... so that’s another plus!!! I am very happy with the service. Going back there for sure."

"They run late then are rude when you are late one time, funny there was no time to wait after even though you have 30 min spots booked. Claims he doesn't use his phone when working, but I text before he was working. Appalling customer service."
