She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and we visit regularly. They also have seeds for a vegetable patch that our two boys love choosing and planting. “I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”

He even used 3D design tools to show me what the the ring would look like based on photos I supplied. I went to every jeweller in Guildford for quotes, and Charmé were the only jeweller that I felt were straight up and trustworthy, said it could be done for my price range, and with all the official GIA certificates. We couldn't be happier to find a modern jeweller we can keep coming back to. We will be returning to discuss having wedding bands made 100%. We would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Amo is brilliant, had many piercings done by her and it is always such a good experience, she's so friendly and really puts you at ease. The piercings have all healed perfectly and she obviously really understands the importance of individual anatomy in terms of piercings, which some previous peircers I've been to definitely haven't! The selection of jewellery she has is beautiful and the prices are very fair. I've now moved away to a different city but I still wouldn't go to anyone else, I'll wait until I'm around Guildford and go to her, trust her 100% and can't recommend enough!”

“You walk into this shop and you want to buy everything! Paul was brilliant, the best thing is you can pick out any piece of furniture and he can change it to suit your needs. I picked out a dining table and he cut it down to the size I wanted, he delivered it and set it up for me at my home, no fuss, no mess. The table is stunning and Paul is an absolute perfectionist! His wife is lovely too and very helpful. I cannot rate this shop enough. Go and take a look, you will not be disappointed!!”

“For over a year I have been searching for an Artist to take on a project of a cover up and to rework an old cover up which had scarring coming through and not well done, I approached over 20 different tattoo shops and Artists with no joy. then I was recommended Alexine at this shop, you can contact her by email, please read it fully and send as much info as you can inc measurements and idea's, She will respond with in her time scales (1 week) with details and ideas what can be done etc, She is 100% honest about what designs will work and won't, She will not waste your time or hers which I like. I went in for a consultation and heard what I like, paid deposit and sent her loads of idea's , Recieved the design 4 days before our first session just in case you want to change or tweek anything. Our first session was placement and out lining work, I had trouble imagine what it would all look like when it would be finished, Alexine was patient and explained it all very well and coached me through it. 6 sessions later it was done! All the sessions ran to time and to my expectations, She never failed to delivery. You really do get back what you put in with Alexine, she is direct, polite, professional and loves cover-ups, happy to tattoo for hours if you can take the pain ! The studio is very clean and relaxing, all the ladies there are very nice and make you feel welcome. Honestly I'm not one for reviews but If you need help in a cover up or reworking a piece, get in touch with her. I was doing 50 mile round trip to have this done, well worth it .”

“Everyone was super welcoming and so lovely to us, made us feel really special and offered us a glass of prosecco too. It really was a lovely experience and really made it that much more enjoyable and special, as we werent expecting the extras like that either. Fleur was brilliant - so enthusiastic and charming about our engagement, wedding and our rings. She was really helpful and listened to what we wanted while also offering alternatives to think about. We both bought our wedding bands that day and would highly recommend this store to others as we honestly couldn't fault it. It was perfect. The jewellery is great quality without the ridiculous price tags, you can still pay a fortune if you like or are very specific about what you want, but they have stunning options at really reasonable prices, which is exactly what we were looking for, and we both got platinum, and mine had diamonds and we only paid £2100 in total which I think is bloody brilliant!
