“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . A lovely couple running the business. Great client service and I loved the massage chair. I decided I might as well have a manicure too. Not like me! I take my 4-year old boy here who has autism, the owner is amazing with him and was very patient. 3 months ago he would have a melt down just entering the shop but the baber worked with him and now he sits on the chair all by himself. “Our AEG condenser tumble dryer is 7.5 years old so out of warranty, and suddenly stopped rotating but was still blowing hot air. It doesn't get a lot of use, but I'd expect it to have a longer lifespan. Ali came to take a look 3 days after I got in touch, verified what he'd deduced to be the problem based on my explanation and a video I'd sent to him, and a couple of days later he came back to fit the 3 required spare parts. We're hoping this repair keeps the dryer running for a few more years. Professional service, tidy work - thanks.”

The owner is really attentive towards his customers and makes sure they aren't missing anything from their dining experience. I love the vibe of the cafe and the music always fits my taste. The only issue is that I feel guilty staying longer to finish my work when the busy hours start since there is limited seating and I don't want to hinder their business. It would be nice if in the future there was another floor for additional seats.”
