“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“We have been with Pet Doctors Guildford since getting our puppy in January of this year. They have been unfailingly kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We've had a few scares due to being first time puppy 'parents' but they have held our hands throughout and called back so promptly when I've asked for help. Our dog was recently neutered and they could not have been more caring and sensitive to his needs. Very very highly recommended.”

He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. “I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”

“Absolutely great Saturday with our kids. It was awesome. We got offered a photo of our youngest. And it was really nice. We got professional photos taken 3 for 24£. That's seems very reasonable. My youngest loved the baby part and eldest loved the waves. Only let down it smells like chlorine, but expected. Eyes gets a bit sensitive.”

He even used 3D design tools to show me what the the ring would look like based on photos I supplied. I went to every jeweller in Guildford for quotes, and Charmé were the only jeweller that I felt were straight up and trustworthy, said it could be done for my price range, and with all the official GIA certificates. We couldn't be happier to find a modern jeweller we can keep coming back to. We will be returning to discuss having wedding bands made 100%. We would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Really surprised by the high number of ‘awful’ reviews. We stayed for the weekend, 2 nights, including dinner and breakfast on both days, and we thought it was amazing value for money. The hotel itself is lovely and downstairs is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Our room was small but very clean and we had a very comfortable bed with everything we needed. The spa is great, indoor pool and facilities are great as well as the outdoor hydro pool. Considering we are gym goers we thought the facilities were perfect, had everything we needed. Breakfast has a good buffet. Good selection of English breakfast, yoghurts toast coffee machine. Although no fruit at all. Dinner was lovely, amazing burger. The only thing I would say about our stay is that the staff could be more friendly and approachable and the truffle Parmesan chips did not seem like it had any truffle. We also thought they could promote their massage and beauty treatments a bit more, we wouldn’t have known they offered them. It seemed more like a hotel with spa facilities rather than a spa. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely stay again for what we paid for.”
