From the minute I arrived to the minute I collected the ring I felt safe and secure that I was going to be getting the perfect ring. The process was so easy, simply showing them an image of another ring and telling them how I wanted it adapted and they have it done in minutes. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Can`t comment on quality of products only customer service. Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”
