At the first look Coal House seems to be a barber shop, but I was very pleased to find out that they offer services for ladies as well. If you are looking for a fancy saloon, than this is not for you, but if you are looking for professionalism, attention to details and a great hairstyle, then I highly recommend it. Thank you Katie. “I’ve had my eyebrows shaded/microbladed and lips blushed with Tammy this year. She is superbly qualified, professional and passionate about her work. My skin doesn’t tend to take pigment well but she worked with me and persevered. I’ll certainly go back in a couple years when they need a touch up. Thanks again Tammy!”

“When I bought my Yamaha R6 recently I wanted to change the oil and oil filter before riding to Berlin. Steve did a lovely job of it and the engine ran smoothly for my big adventure. On my return and after a frustrating time with other garages I asked Steve to replace my worn front tyre on my Yamaha R6. I was pleased with how quickly he sourced a suitable tyre (Michelin Pilot Road 5) and with the price he quoted for fitting it. Within 48 hours the tyre was on my bike with the correct pressure. He checked the pressure in my rear tyre as well. Bolts were fastened with the correct torque settings too. Nice work! I might add that Steve applied copper slip to my anti-screech pads eliminating an irritating squeak AND oiled my drive chain! Japs MC is a hidden gem in my opinion. I will be back next time my beloved R6 needs any work done on it. I recommend this place to anyone who rides Japanese motorcycles and appreciates quality workmanship.”

“I visited for the first time today and received glowing customer service from two gentlemen. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure, both of which are gorgeous. The guy doing my manicure kept checking that I was happy with the progress at each stage which I welcomed and I was offered a hot drink on arrival. Such lovely people, I will be visiting again!”

Five stars for sure - as in my opinion, he is on a professional par with the top London hairdressers (but without the hefty price tag!) The salon is well presented, very clean, and with Covid precautions in place. Ticks all the boxes!”

I was seen immediately and was diagnosed with shingles and was prescribed medication to help me. The pharmacist was professional and helpful and dealt with me very effectively. Also, the assistant was a friendly lady who was also very helpful to me. I recommend this pharmacy totally.”

“Good prices, reasonably good choice, good value. The fresh fruit and vegetables here are mostly of better quality than the local Tesco Update 2020, unfortunately you now have to pay for parking, even after 7pm, because they don't own their car park, and the free half hour has gone. It's now cheaper to shop at Waitrose nearby for a few items ! Has it changed ? Yes, they now have self service checkouts. The parking is free after 8pm M-Sa and all day on Sunday.”

“There are many Nail Salons in Upminster but if you would go to any go to this one! I rarely get my nails done but when I do I always go here. The customer service is great, everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. The nails are always amazing and last a long time, I've genuinely never had a complaint about any of my visits here and always make sure to return when I want to get my nails done. 10/10.”
