“Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

“I have had top and bottom implants at this surgery, I would highly recommend this procedure. In my distant past, I could not enter a dental surgery, I was a total wreak, I had to be sedated to have any work including cleaning to actually get into a dental chair, that all changed when I started to go the this surgery. Everyone and I mean everyone are so kind and understanding, I was shaking like a leaf on my first visit, when I had teeth, but I was put at ease so quickly over the years, I finally decided to have implants, again this was a complete surprise to me, that I could do this, but the procedure itself was totally painless it is the best thing ever. Everyone is so helpful and on hand if you have any problems, which I did not. Highly recommended, I have now got all my family and a couple of friends going here. If you are scared stiff of dental visits, this is highly recommended, just tell them you are nervous and they will take from there.”

“Our family doctors. I find the reception staff very approachable and helpful. I fully understand they have to ask what an appointment is for as they need to ensure correct medical personnel sees the patient, I have never found their questions invasive. The GPs are also very good, even opened up early to see me one afternoon because they were concerned about my post covid symptoms after a telephone consultation. I have only one issue with the surgery, the automatic doors are too near the reception desks and have a habit of opening far too frequently allowing the sound of the busy road to make it difficult to hear the receptionist. It must also be very draughty for the reception staff! This surgery also has a very good relationship with the pharmacy opposite which means getting medication and acting on pharmacist medical advice is seamless.”

“We have visited the accorn centre for around the last 2years now and seen a number of diffrent teams. I have found the staff helpful and informative, I've also found them willing to listen to what it is I'm asking and give guidance where nessasary. Every team my now 3 and half year old has seen have been considerate of him and always interacted with him in a playful age appropriate way. We have just had our youngest refered to the accorn centre and he had his first app recently with a diffrent pediatrian. Again he was thoughtful and considerate as well as good qt listening to my concerns. Appointments are hard to get however I feel this is the same everywhere due to the major backlog. We have somtimes got success through cancellation lists. It should be known these apps will be short notice . But can be helpful!”

Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! “Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free.
