hub by Premier Inn London Clerkenwell hotel
● Open“I often use Hub by Premier Inn and was by chance one of the first people to stay at this property on its opening day. Great concept, just what you need when travelling solo or on business. Staff were great. Had no towels in my room but that was quickly sorted. Great value and great service. Breakfast excellent value and quality. Well done to the team and I'll be back again I'm sure.”

hub by Premier Inn London Westminster, St James's Park hotel
● Open“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

Helena's Bed and Breakfast South East London
● Closed“A very cheerful welcome by lovely, helpful, kind people. Helena and Jessica are doing a fab job and we loved the little room we stayed in. The breakfast was a delight, all that fresh food and the toast and choice of tea or coffee and all that was needed. We may well stay there again, if we manage to save up pennies for a further trip to London- the most exciting city with the loveliest people. Peckham is interesting.... very multiculti and absolutely fine!”

hub by Premier Inn London Spitalfields, Brick Lane hotel
● Open“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”

ibis London Canning Town
● Open“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

Lanes of London
● Open“We thoroughly enjoyed our Botanical Afternoon Tea with bottomless bubbles here last week. Lanes has a perfect location being just a couple of minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station and across the road from Hyde Park (lovely for walking off their generous afternoon tea!) Service from all of the staff was exceptional. Tea menu is extensive, even for the pickiest of tea connoisseurs. Sandwiches were fresh and inventive, we especially loved the use of the specialty breads which made them a little more special than your average afternoon tea offering. Scones were some of the best we’ve ever tasted and the cakes were delicate morsels from heaven. All in all, a wonderful experience where you’re made to feel very special by the fantastic staff. Thank you to all of the team- we will definitely be back xxx”

Bafarat Cafe, London
● Closed“We had such a wonderful time at Bafarat Cafe, it was an impromptu visit and I am so glad we popped in. The cakes were so delicious, coffee was also good and the people serving so lovely. I am so glad we discovered it and can't wait to visit again! I love hazelnuts, so the Paris Breast was my obvious choice. A perfect balance of nutty, creamy, crunchy and salty flavours! Thank you so much!!!”

Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel
● Open“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

Premier Inn London Wembley Stadium hotel
● Open“This hotel is the same as every premier Inn, comfy clean well appointed. What sets it apart is the location, right opposite Wembley stadium and very central to the train stations. The restaurant served great food and breakfast was good too, strangely not very busy even tho the hotel was full. We were on the 11th floor but there were plenty of lifts to take us up sadly we had a view of the holiday Inn and the premier plus rooms had the good views over the stadium, didn't change our mind tho as we didn't stay for the view but the convenience of location. You can leave your bags here too which is a big bonus. Great staff as always.”

Premier Inn London Tooting hotel
● Open“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

Premier Inn London Farringdon (Smithfield) hotel
● Open“I've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and this one was absolutely fantastic, from the time we walked in at 12:30pm they sorted us a room when we weren't supposed to check in till 3 p.m. The man on the check desk was absolutely brilliant, polite, smart etc. The property itself looks newly renovated and the room was perfect. Even when we checked out the cleaner was in the corridor and greeted us with a friendly good morning and asked how we were. As I checked out a different person was on the desk who was equally polite and well dressed, ask me how my stay was etc. Overall a fantastic experience and would give them 10 out of 5 if I could. (I don't write a lot of reviews but I thought I had too express how good this place was)”

hub by Premier Inn London Soho hotel
● Open“Convenient location and was comfortable for the few nights I stayed. Room was clean and love that you are able to control the AC, lighting and Do Not Disturb sign on the bed headboard. Didn’t have the breakfast or visit the lounge area but it looked nice and modern. Staff are also friendly on check in and when I left the building in the mornings. The Hub hotels are smaller rooms in comparison to the usual Premier Inn. They provide shower and hand wash, but if you forget anything else there is a Co-op down the road. For me, it was the perfect hotel for what I needed it for and would stay again.”
