Despite just 'dropping by' their Croydon offices I was welcomed by a very pleasant young lady and had only to wait a very short while to be seen by Nick Sharp, Sales Manager. He very quickly grasped my requirements and gave me excellent practical advice based on his experience. At all times I felt that he was just giving 'best advice' and not selling.
