“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“Went in for a gait analysis and ended up having a chat and in-depth discussion with Miles for over an hour. He is unbelievably knowledgable and really helped me look into things that I should incorporate into my running which will help me improve and overcome injury. He also let me geek out and try on a variety of different running shoes, without pressuring me to buy anything at all. I'm sure he would have been equally as happy for me to just leave with some newly acquired knowledge without buying anything new; needless to say though, I couldn't resist some new shoes and running gear. Overall, brilliant shop, well equipped, one alarmingly knowledgable Miles, and very happy and friendly coworkers! If you're in the area, deal yourself in now.”

“From the polite and helpful reception staff, the kind and supportive pre assessment staff, and all the surgical staff have been excellent and full of empathy while I undergo back surgery. Must mention Ann on surgical ward for her total support and help after my operation and cannot fail to recognise the special guy at the head, Mr Sharr. He has been consistently helpful and has my eternal thanks! Chelsfield Hospital is a small place with a big heart. Good food/menu choices are equal to many hotels and served by great people, all of them supportive and help through the many choices. Hope to go home soon but have fond memories of the staff here.”

“This place is ideally located in nugent centre Orpington (St Mary Cray really) and is ideal for a quick stop from your shopping trip Place is not that busy I have been here now at different times and never I have seen it busy The staff are super friendly and if I was to suggest then please order your burgers and share the drinks and fries, we ordered once a large fries and between us two we couldn’t finish it so lesson learnt There is a vegetarian option too and the burgers are really nice Plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the meal there is place upstairs too I saw a lot of orders for take away as delivery drivers were in almost every minute so a very busy place The taste of the food is typical of a chain restaurant it tastes the same but for me it is the people and atmosphere and here you will find it and hence 5 stars from me Hope you all enjoy like we do here”

“Absolutely outstanding service yesterday from Tina the Store Manager - I accompanied a friend with advanced cancer (not an easy customer as tired and irritable) with a query/needed refund and cannot express how kind and compassionate Tina was in very speedily and efficiently helping my friend. Fantastic manager in Tina and staff at this store - it was so lovely to have someone deal with a customer in obvious discomfort with such empathy, also ALL staff were extremely helpful and kind. “First time I've needed to use this new centre. I was 'mega' impressed! I did have a long wait for an appointment in Derma, but I was pretty sure it was not an urgent condition so didn't worry. But the new building is smart and clean and obviously modern. Facilities were not crowded or cramped. Reception staff were young but (quite unusual for the young!) helpful. Dr Malone the consultant was excellent, and has been before. Her 'couch-side' manner impeccable. Friendly but a most professional examination and study of my notes too. A thorough examination, a relief that the problem solely requires a cream which was promptly prescribed, and as I suspected the problem had been caught at an early stage and was not dangerous. Some skin cancers can be deadly, and for Dermatology to now have such a centre of excellence and permanent facilities locally reflects it's importance as a health service sector, and it's increasing relevance within the field of skin cancers with climate changes affecting us all. A Dr Parson I understand was highly influential in the development of this centre, and he happens to be my GP of long standing also, and I would like to congratulate him for the success of this new building, a worthy addition to our NHS and badly needed. Our health system will never be perfect for all, our expectations in modern times are higher, and our nation through successive Govt failures is no longer as wealthy. But the staff in our NHS continue to amaze me for their resilience. They should be proud. But, the continued under-funding of resources and restriction of salaries under a certain parties control (which shall remain nameless) will (and has) destroy morale and lead to a brain drain of our badly needed professionals, to places prepared to offer better conditions of work-and there are many. It's high time we recognised the importance of the nations health in productivity, and invested properly in healthcare. Orpington reflects 'one small step for man', but one giant leap for mankind is still desperately needed.”

“Food is delicious and portion size is good. Ordered Mushroom chow mein, mixed veg fried rice, schezwan chicken and salt and pepper chicken. Much better( price wise as well as taste wise) than the competitors in high street…wish they had dine-in options as well!”

“First visit to a sofology store. The customer service, attention and help given by David and his colleague Carlon was exceptional. Spent time showing me different options, the swatches and how sofas look (in store and on tablet) I nearly bought my choice sofa on the spot but thought it better to be prudent and shop around. Looks like I will be going back to make my purchase.”

“Like a few others I am surprised when reading the negative reviews. I can only speak of my own personal experiences and respect those who may disagree. I used to use Lloyds Pharmacy in Windsor Drive as I am a lot closer to that than Rowlands. However it got to the stage where I could not bring myself to go into Lloyds as I would have been rude to the staff, so I decided to change to another provider. Lloyds always blamed my Doctors for NOT sending my prescription which meant I always had to battle to get my medicines. Rowlands on the other hand have NEVER blamed my GP for NOT sending my prescription and have always been able to provide each and every tablet/cream/injections, you name it, they get it in. Sometimes I have had to wait a few extra days but this is NOT Rowlands fault as they can only dispense what they have in stock. Most people are unaware there are currently issues getting supplies in and this is not going to end anytime soon. Can you imagine having to stock every kind of medication, the shop would have to be the size of a football pitch, so don't get upset if they don't have what you want. To end this little rant, I can honestly say that I have always found the staff at Rowlands helpful and friendly. I am a person who gives as good as I get and a lot more, but honestly, I've never had a bad experience with them. The staff are there to provide us with a service. If we find they have not got what you want, give them time to explain why and politely ask the questions you have, without losing your temper or being rude. We need to give each other a chance. Just think of those who do not have the services we often take for granted. I feel fortunate to have what we have and thank all those who provide us with these services.”
