“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“They provide a nice hardcourt (just a normal wooden basketball or volleyball clue) suitable for indoor frisbee with good air conditioning and heating especially in the winter. The artificial grass and natural grass pitches are well maintained! To finish it off staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Just come back from this lovely place having spent the afternoon there. We are going back over the weekend as we and our little man, 7, loved it so much. Really can't fault it! Beautiful setting, free parking in Guildford college car park at weekends and on holidays and handy toilets and kiosks for those drinks, snacks and ice creams. If like us you are up against it financially this summer holidays, you really can't go wrong.”

“I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”

“I am a care worker and needed tyres - i had no appointment- was due to be at work. Liam was on the counter and helped out by doing two front tyres himself so i could get to work. He was very efficient and pleasant. Extremely good service”

“Seems well run, safety conscious and in good working order. The trampolines are nice and bouncy unlike some bounce parks. All the staff come across well. My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

“Me and my partner stayed for 1 night. We had a free room upgrade on arrival and the restaurant food was tasty but it was a little bit expensive. Breakfast was self-serve and very good quality. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.”

“I've been using this dental practice for a fair few years, I really should've done this review a long time ago. Everyone at this practice is lovely, supportive, considerate, caring and empathetic. Not only all that, I had 2 injections today and I barely felt a thing, simply amazing dentistry and I can't recommend them enough!”

“You walk into this shop and you want to buy everything! Paul was brilliant, the best thing is you can pick out any piece of furniture and he can change it to suit your needs. I picked out a dining table and he cut it down to the size I wanted, he delivered it and set it up for me at my home, no fuss, no mess. The table is stunning and Paul is an absolute perfectionist! His wife is lovely too and very helpful. I cannot rate this shop enough. Go and take a look, you will not be disappointed!!”

I must say the service was fantastic! I must admit, I was a little bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews on here but these negatives were soon put to rest... From the moment I called the number on the website to get a rough price, to the gentlemen who came to check my measurements (and gave me a few options too) to installing last Saturday was unbelievably quick. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. The quality of the blinds are so far look far better than the one I have, I'm now thinking of replacing all the blinds for the other windows in the New Year. They were cheaper than most other companies that I managed to speak to (some companies didn't even return my calls...oh well there loss!) Everyone I dealt with from the person on the phone the installer were extremely helpful and highly professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company”

“One of the nicest meals out I've had in a long time. The staff are amazingly friendly from the moment you walk through the door as was the service throughout, very attentive and quick. The food was just incredible and at a reasonable price. I had the pork belly special of the day which was just fantastic. My daughter had the seafood linguine which she said was the nicest she'd ever had and as an Italian cuisine lover, that's saying something indeed! The portion size was great too. Left just enough room for tiramisu, which as it's my favourite dessert, I can honestly say it was one of the best I've tried! Thank you for an enjoyable evening. Will look forward to a return visit.”

Once ordered, the food were served efficiently and the taste is good and very importantly hot enough. Staff are very smart (eg, automatically serve ice with lemon when we order sparklingly water; automatically provide chopstick).”

“Excellent stay. It would not be too much to call this place flawless. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely well maintained and sparkling clean. Interior of the whole property is very appealing. Good community overall so I felt very comfortable despite of being an introvert. Perfect location, everything is nearby and in walking distance. Studios are very nice, airy, bright and spacious. Other things I liked are as follows: 1. Free room cleaning for once in every two weeks. 2. Free bakery items and drinks (juices, beer, soft drinks etc) everyday. 3. Personal balcony for all the studios on the top floor. 4. Short term contracts are provided and are very flexible with extending contracts. Few suggestions: 1. May be install stronger heating (resp. air conditioning) as top floor studios get extremely cold (resp. hot). 2. TVs in the studios would be nice. I would definitely stay here again if I get to move to Guilford in future. Highly recommended!”
