“I'm a regular at this park n cafe as i walk my dog there almost every day. Service is fast, good and friendly. The food is very good, they bring it to your table. The place is very clean. It's a haven for dog owners as dogs are allowed in the main cafeteria, which is a welcome respite on a cold, frosty day. Coffee is good, and dog sausages are priced well.”

“First time here as just moved to the area and don't ever really review. Ordered the mixed starter, sweet and sour pork, duck pancakes, rice and noodles. All were really tasty and generous portions (loads for leftovers). I understand why they don't do delivery now via ubereats or deliveroo, they clearly get enough business just from everyone being willing to drive down to collect their supper!! Will be back.”

“Visited the Caffè last Sunday with my family for a Sunday brunch. The choice of food and drinks was excellent and I personally had fried eggs on toast which was delicious. Service and atmosphere was very good and if you're in Banstead it's well worth a visit. Will definitely be returning”

“My second time visiting this shop as my friend lives nearby and highly recommended coming.... and I definitely agree! The shop assistant, who I assumed is the owner, was incredibly knowledgable about his stock and about spirits in general and I felt welcomed but not pressured to buy anything. I had free samples very generously given, and it was the closest experience to being in a bar I’ve had in months! They have an amazing selection of drinks and some very high quality spirits. I went in for gin and being an avid gin lover I was quite surprised at just how varied and enticing their selection was. I would highly recommend visiting this shop!”

“Onside football training has grown a lot since it started. Now weekly and with mini teams that play monthly match days. The coaching staff are inclusive of all abilities and welcome new members into coaching exercises. Using the most of Stanley Park high schools cavernous sports hall and outdoor Muga, onside is able to bring coaching to a wider range of ages. Onside is a charity that helps grass roots foot in the UK and in some developing countries. Most of the training is free, or if part of the weekly team set up there is a small monthly fee. “I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

“I cancelled my repeat prescription order from Boots in Banstead as have experianced late delivery over the past four months, and not answering the Pharmacy phone for days on end, this month I had again to phone to find out why my prescription was five days late, Boots told me they had delivered the request on the 18th of April, I phone the clinic who advised me they had nor received the repeat request from Boots, that's when I gave up on Boots. Contacted Lloyds Banstead to take over my order, found staff very helpfull and after contacting my clinic for my details, even collected my overdue prescription from Boots and delivered it to me the same day. If that is the standard of service from Lloyds Pharmacy I am very glad I changed. Thank you Lloyds.”
