“Probably had the BEST customer service I have EVER had in my life the other day. Came in to buy a specific pair of headphones and was approached the minute I walked in. Gave the details of the model and was told to sit. I get paid with love2shop gift cards for work and they can be an absolute pain and headache when buying something but the lady who assisted me, Sara, was amazing! She worked with me through lots of cards (I had saved up - there was probably 15+ cards) with none of the rudeness I’ve previously experienced in other stores and just a lovely energy. “Mr Mata is one hell of a practioner. Excellent bedside manner - very modest and doesnt show any arrogance as it sometimes happens somewhere else. Explains everything patiently and very thorough. Most importantly he clarified incorrect diagnosis made by a private practioner which would put me thruough many unnecessary treatments and possibly a surgery. Instead I received sets of simple stretch exercise which removed, after 3 months of disciplined execution, the pain completely. Thank you Mr. Mata. You are a star in my humble opinion.
