“Empty at peak times, with power rack, bench press, and a weightlifting platform for deadlifts. Overall square foot of this place is smaller, but it has all you'd need, can definitely hit all compound lifts with accessory movements no issues. The biggest plus is the crowd here: very quiet respectful people, no posers, no large chatty groups, amazing environment. Staff extremely friendly, gym membership includes classes if you're into that along with swimming pool (I think), 10/10 for gym goers.”
