"We used this cab service for our holiday to pick a coach up no problems going. But completely different situation picking up to come home. Waited 45 minutes after a 14 hr coach journey. The cab driver drove past us, then phoned as he couldn't find us unbelievable.. drove very reckless coming home. Got charged a lot more than going. I phoned up about this got told it was an estate car!! Funny that as it was the same size car that had taken us!! Said about the drivers driving got told the driver would get spoken too then the phone was put down.. No customer service what so ever will definitely not be using this cab service again."
