“Wonderful staff, everything that you need and great service”

“One member of staff made it so much better... I've decided to write probably first review in my life. It's all about convenience. These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”

“We were referred to this practice by a member of family in the industry and have throughout the last year had a great experience from the whole team from phone advice, diagnosing sickness and a rehab quickly through to advice on vaccines and diet. “Always nice to shop there, but today I had a patron don their wannabe parking attendant hat, grilling me for having the temerity to park in a spare 'parent with child' spot. They claimed the spaces are solely for those with sprogs requiring a buggy (what are trolleys with seats are for if too lazy to carry them ?), not a child with special needs (spacial awareness, having in the past nudged another car door). I did move the car to a standard spot before collecting her from the store, allowing the aforementioned special citizens a great Sunday in their own little universe. To the other half of the wannabe parking attendant, practice with your wife on a leash when outside the house.”

“A great shopping experience, usual high quality Waitrose store with a great range of goods. Good size carpark, that was a little busy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. What is there not to like!”

“Been using this supermarket for years now. Easy access to parking from two roads so you're never really stuck getting in or out of it. Generally good range of products but if you're looking for clothing or Toys, I would say drive to Sainsbury in Cobham as this one doesn't have a huge range. Overall it's a very handy place on the way to/from work or can stop by after school run. While can always grab a coffee opposite or even visit the library should you wish. The parking is free for upto 2 hours (I think) if you spend £10 or more.”

“Cannot recommend highly enough for massage, acupuncture and treatment of strains, frozen shoulders, tennis elbow, RSIs, back problems, for general wellbeing. Very good value for money.”

“Useful, little shop if you're on foot... But not easy for parking, with limited space. It's a small shop, but packs in a lot, with a decent selection of fruit and veg, a small selection fresh meat, most of the basic tinned stuff you'd need, bread, frozen and dairy.”
