They always, always have some discount going so never pay full price- look online for discount codes or just ask for one in the shop.”

“Bought a few shirts from them recently. The girl that assisted me with my purchase was very polite and professional. After purchasing the shirts, I found some of them didn't fit me very well. So I returned them. The store manager was very helpful and the return process was hassle-free. Quality of the shirts is premium and luxurious. I do keep getting some good offers and voucher codes by email. Will be shopping these soon again.”

“In the days where it’s just as easy to go online and order from most companies, it’s the service from the staff that matters the most. I had been tasked with purchasing 10 suits for a work event, no mean feat considering half the wearers were not based in the UK. After an initial chat with Oliver he understood the brief and gave me all the information needed to hand to the relevant people. Once everything was passed back to me I could have simply ordered it online, had it not have been for the exceptional service I first received from Oliver, I wouldn’t have gone back. As it was, I did and ordered them all in store. Oliver is a credit to the business he was attentive, knowledgable and patient and is the sole reason I used the store and not online to make the transaction. I’ve been using CT for over 10 years now and this is by far the best in store experience I’ve had with them. I will be using in store far more now, rather than online for the reasons above. Just to mention, James was also very helpful in arranging the multi suit order and would like to recognise him also.”

Roxana could have denied me a solution but she went over and beyond traditional customer service to provide me with the ultimate customer experience and left me with a positive view of Uniqlo ensuring my return. “Went into the store on the 24/11 to get a suit and shirt for my son’s wedding, I never normally wear a suit. I was served by Chris R, I could not fault him, great customer service. He took a great deal of time making sure I got a jacket that fitted properly (different size than I would have got, he explained how people get the wrong size), I was in-between waist size for the trousers, so he arranged for them to be adjusted by them, they have just arrived at my home and fit perfectly. He also knew what size shirt I needed, and I tried on one to make sure, I have short arms and have never had a shirt that was not too long in the sleeve before, he suggested the colour which I would have picked and finally we decided on a tie to match the suit and shirt. I think he was trying to wind me up, have a bit of fun, with a suggestion of a bright orange tie. 10 out of 10 for Chris’s service and knowledge.”

“I waked in to this store to have a look at their suits and upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Karim and everything I needed was promptly taken care of. He was extremely helpful, very courteous and yet professional. He was very knowledgeable about the various suit materials and helped me to try one one of their suits. Karim was excellent and I will certainly be going back to buy a suit from this store.”
