If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“Little gem in the heart of London. It’s only open on the weekend and you need to book for an hour and a half tour of the house. Beautiful home, very friendly tour guide, amazing garden. I can’t recommend it enough if you like to visit beautiful homes and are into history.”

“Our group of 6 enjoyed an exquisite afternoon tea experience at Kai Mayfair. The restaurant was very indepth decorated in exotic forest theme, paired with a table full of trinkets, birds and cute menus. We ordered the standard afternoon tea set. Staff were lovely and attentive, food was fun and delicious. We did not necessarily enjoy every single item, but among the highlights included the steamed egg and the veggie one. We requested extra for our fave, and they were happy to indulge us. The amount was plentiful and we were content. Would recommend.”

“Perfect place to escape the bustling airport terminal. Food is not bad but not great, it's free and convenient though. The ladies room is disappointing, small, no counter space to freshen up between flights. I didn't check out the nearby separate shower facility. Lovely, helpful personnel.”

“What an absolutely wonderful experience having Afternoon Tea today. The Staff were so polite, friendly and attentive. The choice of teas is phenomenal and the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. In some of the posh hotels I would have felt intimidated and uncomfortable, but here it was perfect - a lovely atmosphere. “Went here for my birthday meal whilst staying overnight in London. This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back when we're next down there. The food was amazing, and certainly lived up to the standard that The Duck & Rice post on social media. The prawn toast starter was the best I have ever had. “We have visited Elan on Hans Cres with a baby i pushchair.I was a bit nervous seeing those bad reviews here but our visit was very pleased.We have been greeted by manager and she set us downstairs as we have requested sit there. She was very nice smiling and we felt welcome from beginning.The waiter came in a few minutes after and took our order. He also describes the drinks which we have ordered with passion:) We got the coffees and desserts in about 5 min later. They checked as back if we need anything else few times always nice and politely way. Amazing place to take pictures. Easy access to underground. Only one minus there was a bit chilly downstairs Buy definitely recommend we had a really nice time.”
