Unable to fit into my shoes or boots due to a fracture caused by a bunion I turned to them for help and was not disappointed!!! The time they took and particularly Steve who had talked to me on the phone beforehand was extensive and although I was a very reluctant difficult customer to please I came away with boots as if I was walking on air!
