We have been served by the store manager, and members of her team, including new staff at the beginning of their time with Schuh We have found the whole team in each and every instance we have used them to be consistently warm and friendly, and show patience even when obviously under pressure at busy times. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. As to pricing nothing is excessively priced in comparison to other retailers. Seriously well done to all at Schuh Kids Bluewater! .”

Most of the staff couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome, especially Melissa, she is a real asset to the team. Melissa met us at the door and was so bubbly and inviting that I've had to mention her. So great there are healthier alternatives to the menu like the corn on the cob, and the new tenderstem broccoli as sides. Really great meal, and will be returning again soon. “Had a takeaway from here tonight for the first time in many years. Have to say I am honestly very impressed. Friendly staff and quick service. Now for the food... The pancake rolls are like a meal in themselves.. They are massive. Sweet & Sour chicken was excellent. Most takeaways around here, the sauce tastes and smells like vinegar but not here. Very tasty and the chicken is so soft.. Will be ordering again soon”
