But when I purchased and paid for it I found my WC is fully cracked but as the item was available. I got my evening exchanged quickly. Very reliable store for indoor purchase. “I share positive experience with SAM at Tesco Pharmacy! He is a credit to Tesco's - let alone the Pharmacy department. I went to Pharmacy to enquire if I could get a Blistex cream that I was unable to find on the shelf in main store. A lady appeared at the counter after some time - myself and 3 other customers were waiting a good while. I shared with the lady what I was looking for - the conversation quickly became intense and uncomfortable!! The lady let me know this cream is no longer produced. I asked for an alternative and she became extremely difficult by not "understanding" - lady had me just about exposing myself in front of everyone. (Shame on her!) SAM - who was at the back hearing this conversation between myself and the lady, came out to the front and offered me an alternative that I had requested then served me to pay. I left there well shell shocked and feel much appreciated by SAM for stepping in. Thank you SAM!”
