“I performed a lot of research into mid-to-high range kitchens such as Howdens and John Lewis. I found that their approach was too objective, too focused on getting a quick sale, and not considerate of what we needed. This prompted me to look at an independent seller which is how I was recommended London Koncepts. As this was to a be a 'long term' kitchen we wanted to ensure that we didn't want to rush our choice. The manager looked at our plans closely, asked us lots of questions what we were trying to achieve (we're a family house, needing more storage, we like cooking a lot etc), our taste and of course, our budget. The manager was able to show us a great range of designs and rather than focus on us buying the most expensive product, quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was right. The team came to our house that week to size up the fitting and within a few days we had a great set of 3D drawings. As our kitchen is in a basement, the manager was able to explain the sort of worktops we needed, lighting and all fittings. From start to finish, the manager appraised us at each step of the delivery process, and we didn't have any issues regarding the kitchen parts (nothing broken or missing) or the fitting. I can't recommend London Koncepts highly enough. It isn't Wren or B&Q, it's a lot better than those so please don't waste your time if you're looking for a cheap kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen thanks to the manager.”

After trying a few taxi services and not getting through or being told they don't have taxis big enough I tried this company for the first time and was told they have a taxi which was great. We had 2 adults, 2 children, 1 big suitcase, couple small suitcases n wheelchair so needed a bigger taxi to fit everything. “Will and the Junk Monkey team have helped us on many occasions over the last 5 or so years, from relocating a rescued guinea pig and run, to end of tenancies, to house moves, new sofas and beds and general clear outs. “I and my Portuguese friend visited the Lakehouse this lovely sunny Sunday. We were so amazed by the homemade chicken pate and goualsh and chicken soup were also very yummy. We recommend that ask some bread for goulash soup. They served the soups in rustic bowls. The mains are very fullfilling and big portions. Always go for parsley potatoes instead of chips! It is worth a lot. And the desserts? Mmmm you have a few choices. Hungarian crepes, Hungarian trifle, chestnut puree with fruits and whipping cream. For drink: I tasted their lemonade. I really loved it. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, cosy and handmade decorated. If you can, and have had experience within just share it with your friends and family.”

“Myself and my partner had a belated romantic getaway to this unique hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning inside and like being inside one of the finest Georgian houses of 19th century London. It is sparkling and spotless but also beautifully warm and cosy too. We were made to feel so at home and welcome. We arrived early and the lovely staff on reception took our bags and gave us a choice of 3 luxurious lounges to choose from while our room was finished. We had a delightful private lounge area next to our bedroom (Odabiah Shuttleworth was the quirky room name). ALL of the staff seem genuinely happy and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We ate out for lunch and just had M&S nibbles in our room for the evening and although there’s no restaurant the room service menu looked lovely. The (hot) breakfast tray in our room the next morning (can also have in one of the lounges) had such attention to detail and was another, of the many highlights. An experience to remember and we’re now thinking of checking out the other hotels by the same group.”
