Last time I came here was 4 years ago and this time round I ordered the exact same dish - Kaisen don, and its safe to say that this place managed to keep it's high standard! I was very happy with the food as the sashimi was extremely fresh, came in a big portion with a layer of rice at the bottom. Thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of it and even though it's now £15 more expensive than 4 years ago I thought it was a nice treat since I don't come here often. Service was friendly, only downside was that the waiters didn't seem to be attentive enough as we had to wait and eventually ask them to come over and take our order. Other than that we had a very enjoyable experience overall. The interior is very authentic, homely, Japanese style which made me feel like I was back in Japan. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Japanese food and I will for sure come back here soon to try other things on the menu!”

● Closed“I visited in Jan as a treat because my friend was moving out of London and wanted to try this. This review is well overdue. I don't want to say too much that might ruin the experience but we had a fantastic time. Loseing your sense of sight for the meal allows all your other senses to come alive. I'm usually a slow eater and my partner is the fast eater but in the dark our behaviour totally changed, I became the quick eater!. You get a choice of veg, meat or fish menu and you have no idea what will turn up on the plate, so try to order from the same menu so that you guys can try to guess what you're all eating!. The food tasted delicious, the wine pairings and cocktail were excellent too. Our host Ghow was fantastic! As was the lady downstairs who gave us a lovely momento book and a complimentary cocktail downstairs. I can't rave about this place enough, a worthwhile business employing differently abled people, excellent food and excellent service. These types of places make dinning out a pleasure and memorable experience!”

● Open“I performed a lot of research into mid-to-high range kitchens such as Howdens and John Lewis. I found that their approach was too objective, too focused on getting a quick sale, and not considerate of what we needed. This prompted me to look at an independent seller which is how I was recommended London Koncepts. As this was to a be a 'long term' kitchen we wanted to ensure that we didn't want to rush our choice. The manager looked at our plans closely, asked us lots of questions what we were trying to achieve (we're a family house, needing more storage, we like cooking a lot etc), our taste and of course, our budget. The manager was able to show us a great range of designs and rather than focus on us buying the most expensive product, quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was right. The team came to our house that week to size up the fitting and within a few days we had a great set of 3D drawings. As our kitchen is in a basement, the manager was able to explain the sort of worktops we needed, lighting and all fittings. From start to finish, the manager appraised us at each step of the delivery process, and we didn't have any issues regarding the kitchen parts (nothing broken or missing) or the fitting. I can't recommend London Koncepts highly enough. It isn't Wren or B&Q, it's a lot better than those so please don't waste your time if you're looking for a cheap kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen thanks to the manager.”

Busses stop in front of the hotel for quick transportation to anywhere. If you stay for Shabbat and purchase their hospitality package, this is what your table looks like. They also provide a hotplate which is super hot (so watch out you don't burn your food). Would stay here again and again. Air conditioning was frigid and welcome after a hot day in the tube.”
