“Gregory and his team saved the day. We have two 12yo cats, and one of them does not do well (at all) in catteries. Gregory came well recomended through another of his clients and he booked us in for a trip we had to take suddenly. I can't say enough good stuff about this service; his thorough research and preparation and then videos updating us on how things were progressing. The most important thing is that Gregory really does like cats. It became evident in how are cats warmed up to him over our two weeks away. Amazing young barber with so much potential and so polite. Excellent at communicating with the customer, knowing exactly what they want and what would suit them. “A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”
