“We are very grateful that we have found Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge. Before we came here, we looked at other nurseries in Uxbridge., but we knew straight away that Monkey Puzzle was the right choice for our son. We liked what we saw, how the staff were interacting with the kids, and we felt very welcome when we first came there. Our Son started on the toddler floor in 2020 and is currently a pre-schooler. It is incredible, how much he has learned at Monkey Puzzle in one year only. The staff played a huge part in our son’s development. We love how engaged they are and how much they care about our son’s well-being. Everybody at Monkey Puzzle is exceptionally caring, loving, and professional. Also, we don’t know how they do it, but they constantly keep coming up with new and creative ideas how to entertain the kids. It’s a place where we leave our son without having any concerns that he will not be treated the way we would want it to. We cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge highly enough! “This is a review from one of our Parents: Hello I've been thinking to write and give feedback re baby room at CMC Uxbridge branch. I'm more than pleased about how catering caring and loving key workers are in the baby room. Petra loved it from day one when she started and only a few tears so far! Which is a massive indicator how well she's been and is looked after. A special thank you to Sandeep who went beyond her responsibilities and was super helpful with transitions, summer holidays and days when Petra wasn't feeling right. We know she's left and we miss her dearly. I also would like to note that since Jennifer joined baby room I've noticed a much more buzzing Petra, meaning interactions between key workers and babies/toddlers have improved noticeably. She and the rest of the team at baby room always give a very useful and efficient feedback at the end of the day. My bad I don't remember everyone's names, but each and everyone is so so nice and professional. I'm very pleased with the rest of the staff always there to answer a question and accommodate extra needs that children have. And although Meja's left for school almost a month ago, I still get lovely messages and "how is she doing" every time I pick up the little one. People are quick to complain and correct and ask... and it's within human nature and it helps to grow. However my sincere happiness and peace of mind when I leave my child in your good hands, also seeing evident signs of how much she enjoys it (and how much Meja used to enjoy) is my biggest compliment to you. “Our adventure with Monkey Music started a few years back when I was looking for something to do with my older daughter, that would be entertaining but educational same time. Right now all 3 of my children are attending the classes and I can't praised it enough. The classes are always fun but if you want to see a real benefits of Monkey Music I recommend that you attend it for as long as possible. After a while you will notice you child being more and more confident, getting to know all the songs and moves. You will be amazed how the classes develop your child speech (a case with one of my twins), memory, they will learn a lot of things about music as well as counting, colors, time, how to read music. They will learn about different instruments, how you play them, how do they sound like etc. each term there are new songs/activities.The staff is always very friendly and professional. And to sum it up it is even very educational for us - parents as I learned a lot about music myself :)”

“What can I say it's such a lovely little clean nursery. It was the first thing I noticed when i walked in and warm and Friendly staff it's really nice to walk into a building and the staff greet you with a smile. I love the little extra touches with art work on the walls and the mental health board and wall to promote well being it's amazing. The food is perfect to I have a fussy eater and he absolutely loves the food there, he has tried so many newfoods fully recommend this place”

“My husband and I have visited the store twice and both times had excellent service from Tihesha. She was so patient with us, so informative and very kind. If Mamas and Papas do bonus/ employee of the year it should go to her. We look forward to popping in again once the lockdown ends.”
