"Disgusting and rude staff and management. No understanding of safeguarding nor how to handle Childrens behaviour. Owners are not nice people, extremely manipulative and abusive. Do not care about the staff. My daughter was not happy there and neither was I. Highly do not recommend this setting. It needs to be closed down. Misleading and lying to parents."

"My son has been attending Little Raccoons Pinner for almost three months and he absolutely loves his “school” and is learning so much. As a mom, I am very happy with our experience with the director (Ms Emily), toddler teachers (Ms, Seher and Ms Hannah) and the entire LR Pinner staff, and the frequent updates, communication and photos shared throughout the day. Our family recently moved to the area from the States and it makes me so happy that my little one has made friends with the other children, as I was worried how he would adjust to living in a new country. The curriculum for toddlers is wonderful, the children participate in a lot of hands on activities, learn how to clean up and serve themselves, and they learn a lot about the world around them (weather, hygiene, animals and plants, etc). I cannot say enough great things about this nursery, my son loves going in each day and we highly recommend :)"

"Had a great experience with Little Racoons Day Nursery in Pinner. My daughter loved her time in there and as a nursery nurse myself, I could say the staff is working hard to offer great provision of care (even if there were some changes in staff). From what I could see, Emily is an amazing ​manager and a great leader for others. It was encouraging to see her working in partnership with parents and taking good care of children's individual needs. Shital showed much dedication as a deputy manager and gets involved with lovely activity ideas as well. Lily, the cook, was praised by my daughter and I think this says a lot about her as a person. ​Overall I believe this nursery offers what every child needs to develop, have fun and make good memories.
