“I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

However, as soon as the phone was answered, the staff member (Andrew) was polite, professional and friendly. Andrew, talked me through the options, gave suggestions and managed the whole process. “I’ve given A1 Taxis a 5 star review after they went above and beyond to help me in my hour of need. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. The office staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I mean they REALLY did things to help that they didn’t have to, and the driver was incredible - got me where I needed to be quickly and smoothly and was super friendly. Having left my bag on the tube, complete with laptop etc, I knew the train terminated at Watford, but I couldn’t get hold of the station. I called the A1 Watford station office, and before I’d even finished explaining the situation, they’d walked to the tube station to help find my bag. Incredibly, they found it! A1 offered to send me my bag in one of their cars, but the station staff needed to see my ID, so A1 sent a car to me at Amersham which arrived as my train got in, quickly drove me to Watford just as the station was shutting, reunited me with my bag, then A1 drove me home. These guys have restored my faith in humanity. Great people, great taxi firm.”

“Due to the Govt doing NOTHING to help with Mentall Illness and the care that is desperately needed I was shoved from piller to post. MIND are a marvellous charity and I cant thank them enough for their warmth and guidance. The Adult Services at THE HUB run by the Govt Do absolutely nothing to help me with bereavment counselling and counselling for clinical depression and manic depression. This is disgraceful. MIND Do CARE and are more than aware of how badly run Govt funded places like the Welk l Being centre are as well as the UK as a whole. If you are disturbed finding life very difficult and need help please call MIND. They will supply a list and information on help lines to call night and day also. They offer courses in anxiety etc and a drop in twice a week. Wonderful people I cant praise them enough.”

“My daughter was part of the ensemble cast in the Matilda Jnr show. The entire team were fantastic she loved every minute of her time and the show blew up all away. We look forward to joining the classes and hopefully she gets selected for another show in the future.”

“What an incredible, incredible 5th birthday treat for my daughter's 5th birthday... a Zoom call with Elsa with a lovely little chat, 3 fabulous songs and a little dance routine. My super shy little girl thoroughly enjoyed it and an extra special plug required for her unbelievable singing voice. Think I feel just as in awe as my 5 year old! Can't recommend enough. x”

From his A&E admission which was thorough and efficient, to his stay in Jonson Ward, the wonderful staff have gone out of their way to help him with his diabetes, his respiratory infection and his mobility issues. OT proactively assessed and put a care plan in place (BIG thank you to Jess!). Everywhere I went in the hospital it was spotlessly clean. Keep up the good work - you are an amazing hospital!”
