“Outstanding level of service. Nothing was too much for the staff who always interacted with a genuine smile on their face. I went in to have my wedding band cut as it had become too tight. They offered to do it at no extra charges and even when the ring, being 24 karat gold, was taking too long to cut, Zusana kept on going with her warm and friendly manners ensure that it wasn't too bothersome for me. I wish more places in Croydon and surrounding had such a level of service. I hope Zusana manager sees this review and rewards her because she deserves it.”

Steve dealt with my queries, promptly and nothing was too much trouble and supplied extra photos when requested . The watch was posted RM Special Delivery to me as part of the deal and when I opened it, I was extremely pleased with the overall condition. It was better than I expected, and in first class condition. Photos never really capture the detail of a watch, and although I could tell it was a good one from the large scale photos supplied - you just don't know until you have it in your hands.
