I spoke to Santosh who understood my situation and was able to checkin my parcels remotely to show me that sms or email receipts should be received which they were. I didn't mind driving 13 miles to JK Beers and wines the next morning to drop my parcels off because of the great service Santosh afforded me. He was proactive, honest and helpful - taking time to explain how the ups process is supposed to work. Santosh is great. PLEASE USE JK BEERS AND WINE FOR YOUR PARCEL DROP OFF, THEYRE FAB! We asked for spicy food so the chef made sure to add 1000 green chilies! But surprisingly, the taste was great. Me and my wife both loved the food and the quantity was great too. It is not crowded anymore and thus a good place to have lunch for a good price, taste and quantity.”
