“Great place to catch a breath after work or just have a quiet walk in the evening. Plenty of benches to have a sit and read a book or contemplate life Park smells fantastic in the evening mid May ,when various plants start blossoming. Even during a sunny days , it doesn't get too busy. If u play tennis ,there are 8 courts at your disposal (you have to buy a membership which is only a small annual fee). Annoying things are dog owners that let their dogs run freely everywhere without leash - it shouldn't be allowed ( some time ago one dog grabbed my sandwich and the owner lady found it funny)”

My son is always bring home drawings and creations and loves seeing them at home. He really loved a counting book that nursery made that he brought home. Really helped with his counting. “I ordered a length of White Beech to use for a Kids Rocking Horse and to see if it's suitable for a Dresser I'm making . Wood was high quality lovely grain no shakes warps or twists. As for customer service well I'm speechless it was fantastic Raj Patel the production manager, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a nice person. The lady who phoned me to say the wood was ready to collect was really polite helpful and knew what she was talking about. I will be using SL Hardwoods again I can highly recommend.”

“Calm and a relaxing place. Lots of geese, swans, ducks and other birds. Feeding of the birds are allowed (bird seed, duck feed, grains like wheat, corn and uncooked oats only, no bread please). Good place to visit with children. There is also a small children's park nearby.”

“My son loves it here - so much that he now tells me “no go home, stay forest school”. The staff are extremely motivated to give each child the best learning and play experiences, and they are also very caring. They teach respect and emotional resilience incredibly well. Activities include walks looking for forest treasures, bug hunts, mud play, rolling down grassy (or muddy!) slopes, crafts, woodwork, campfire singing, games, cosy story-times under canvas, and picnics.”

“This is the second nursery we have tried in this area. It is far and away the best. The teachers are dedicated professionals (most are also Montessori trained in addition to EYFS training) who are obviously enjoying their work with children, and who are committed to Lemon Tree in the long term. In other words, unlike the other nursery we tried which had huge problems with staff turnover, the teachers at Lemon Tree know us, we know all of them, and most importantly they and the children know each other. Every week my partner and I talk about how relieved we are that our son is at Lemon Tree, and how confident we feel in the care and attention he is receiving there. They also have an enormous outdoor play area with real grass and trees, not just a carpark covered in astroturf. The children are given many opportunities for outside play and they integrate natural learning with their Montessori curriculum. I would recommend this place without qualification.”
