“Bit of a dark horse, this one - most of my friends walked past this place at first! Cosy, cute place with attentive service and nice ambiance. We had a variety of tapas - my main complaint (echoed by my mates) was that the burrata and cheese balls were undersalted. Nice place for a quieter night out.”

“We visited here today for their bottomless brunch. I can honestly say that this is great value for money especially if you add the cocktail upgrade. Our waiter for our visit was CJ and considering it was only his second day he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble. If you're passing and fancy some great food and even better cocktails it's well worth a visit.”

“I just wanted to drop you all a quick note and especially Richard for your fantastic help and support in my hour of need. Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I phoned your good selves and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady and explained my DIY dilemma. The lady assured me not to worry and that she would get Richard to call me back. Richard called me back within 5 minutes and told me to come down to your premises and he would help me out. Cut a long story short, Richard was extremely helpful, polite and got all of the parts that I needed, talked me through reassembly and said he would be available to talk to on the phone if I had any issues when putting everything back together. His help and advice was spot on and I got the job done. Richard observed all of the correct precautionary anti - Covid 19 government advice throughout my visit, which was even more reassuring. I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance! “We had excellent service from Linda. The furniture is really high quality and the staff were very helpful and knowlegable. We had time, space and help to make our decision. We were guided through options and felt we were being helped to find the sofa that meets our needs and our budget, there was no pressure or upselling. A really positive experience. There is a long lead time on delivery, but we feel that has been clearly communicated to us in an upfront way. We know how to get in touch if we need to and what to expect regarding communications during manufacture and delivery. We are really looking forward to getting our lovely sofas.”

“Great service delivered by the guys at Watford DFS. I was initially greeted by Humza who introduced me to Kalpa. She said she would assist me on purchasing the sofas I wanted. Straight away she offered me a cup of tea or coffee. She told me to take a seat on the sofa I was looking to buy and she was going to get my coffee and get a tablet so she could order my sofa. Have to say Kalpa's customer service was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and engaging. Explained everything in detail, showing me different quality of fabric which I could choose from. Just felt really reassured with everything she was saying. It didn't sound like a generic sales pitch, but very personal taking into account everything I was saying. Explained the process from delivery, finance and the warranty of the sofa. Honestly I could go on. Just a great team of people who just made everything simple. From Humza, Kalpa and Brian, it just felt I knew them a lot longer than just meeting them on the day. They are a great asset to DFS and we need people like them more in all retail. “What an amazing place. It was rammed with skateboarders, bikers and folk on scooters. So many people that it felt totally safe. Some adults and older children doing impressive jumps etc and the only issues were the small car park and being nearly knocked over by someone on a scooter. But since she was only about 5 it wasn't too scary. Great to watch. Wish I could of had a go.”
