“My daughter has been attending ballet classes for the last 4 years and over those years she still goes to every single lesson with huge smile and excitement. She has learned a great deal and passed her exams and looks forward to continuing her development. Chahna is an amazing teacher whose classes are arranged to perfection- she is demanding but at the same time nurturing. She is very approachable and always happy to give advice. I really recommend the school and her classes as she knows well how to prepare little girls to be professional dancers.”

“Centre Stage is home from home, it's a place that enriches the lives of children and young adults. I have 2 sons that have been a part of Centre stage from the age of 4, my eldest is now in his late twenties and my youngest has recently turned 16. Centre stage has been an amazing platform for them both, they have developed with confidence not only in the world of Performing Arts, Dance, and music, but knowing who they are and striving to be their better self. I'm proud as a parent to be a part of Centre Stage family, none of this would be possible without the owner Carole Oshea, she has a carefully selected dedicated Team / staff you makes every child feel worthy and able irrespective of race, colour, disability etc. Her Team are an absolute inspiration to our children, their patience and passion for what they do so well is a testament to their commitment. Every child takes front of stage and has an important part to play. I would encourage any child to be a part of such a unique establishment. I'm a parent that has witnessed the talent that has be born from Centre Stage many moving on to Television, Theatre, etc. both in the UK and abroad, I myself have sat in the cinema and watched my son on the big screen. None of this would have been possible without Centre Stage. I would like to thank Centre Stage for the love, kindness and nurturing that so many children have been afforded during the many classes and productions which they have taken part in, our children have received a true blessing and will go on to be positive children of the future. “First of all as soon as you walk into LMAT you find all the staff are so friendly and helpful. This immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. The teaching staff are all highly qualified professional musicians that teach at your pace so you not only learn but you understand what you have learned everything is about you the student and everything is about giving you the best and most enjoyable learning experience. The premises are excellent and very well equipped with modern and traditional teaching aids. You can choose to learn to play an instrument just for your own pleasure or take it to the next level and study for exams. You can choose whatever exam body you wish to work towards your grades with. Finnaly I found the fees to be very reasonable and extremely good value.”

“My daughter has been attending Pop Gems since the age of 3 years and it has been a great confidence builder for her, she has made great friends and had amazing opportunities to perform in a theatre. They are a great team of teachers who encourage the best out of all the children. They have been amazing with the communication throughout Covid-19, keeping parents and students up to date with changes and recommendations for all to return safely. I have been confident in the return to studios knowing they are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe and up to date with the every changing regulations and guidelines. The Popgems family is warm, accomodating and understanding. A perfect first time social extracurricular that im grateful my daughter is part of.”

“I love attending PPAS every Sunday. Not only I enjoy assisting the kids but also enjoy dancing and performing on stage too. “My daughters both go to lyric dance school on Friday afternoons. They have great fun, learn important skills like discipline and make their granparents happy by practising their dance move in front of them. End of year shows are a great day out for the whole family. I love how their teacher Michelle can be very nice but firm when they misbehave. Highly recommended as an after school activity”

“I have started Gypsy dancing last September and i love it. Such a beautiful, colourful and joyful dance that gives the opportunity to truly express oneself. Saeeda provides great classes and teaching, and is always happy to share her knowldege, and to help her students to improve their technique and expression. The classes are very welcoming, with great atmosphere between students. The levels are mixed, that is great to review basics as well as progress quickly. Highly recommended to any student (M/F) new to dancing or trained dancer who wants to learn a new style and challenge him/herself, and above all share the joy of dancing :)”

“Excellent venue to see a show. More importantly, a pint of Amstel was a very reasonable £5.20 and a portion of fries £3.50. The seats aren't the comfiest and are pretty small and close together, but it's an old historic building so I'll let them off! From glancing around around the theatre, it didn't seem like any of the seats sold as restricted view online would be that bad at all.”

“Zydre is giving vocal codes training to my 13 year old and he loves it. He has started singing beyond my expectations and all credit goes to Zydre. She is very professional but at the same time exremly supportive. The art school also provides guidance for participating in various music festivals or events for stage experience which I found very helpful. It's a great place to learn music. I fully recommend.”

“I am currently in my second year of college at Bodens College of Performing Arts and my past year at the college has been an absolute joy! From devising a piece of Theatre in Education to performing in a theatre with a capacity of 400, I have done it all. All the teachers present are extremely helpful and make me feel at home in a safe environment in which I feel I can grow and develop in Performing Arts. Any student looking to go on to drama schools, there is no other place I would recommend as Bodens provides the top acting training for up and coming performers.”

“I have been attending bodens for about five years now and in those five years I have learnt so many new skills. I currently attend their Saturday morning combined musical theatre classes from 10am-1pm and their tap dance classes on Mondays from 5pm-5:45pm. I also take part in Trinity musical theatre exams which I am very lucky and grateful to do. Bodens has given me many opportunities and taught me many things that I will use in everyday life and in the future. Being a student at bodens has helped my confidence grow massively. They never fail to produce incredible shows where every student is involved and having fun. All members of staff are lovely and are always nice . They encourage us to take risks in theatre and help us understand what life is like in the theatre industry. Not only are the staff kind, but the students are too; they are all very welcoming to new people and are always open to making new friends. I have really enjoyed every moment during my time at bodens so far, and I think other young people should get to experience this too.”

“A historical London theatre with great decorations in central London. I came to see the Nutcracker with my mum this year! We sit on the upper circle. The view was good and no restrictions. But the legroom is quite squashed cause it won’t have enough space. The Nutcracker show was fabulous! Will definitely watch again another Christmas time!”

“Outstanding performance! We were sat at the middle of circle where we could see the faces and emotions of the actors clearly. The band played really well and all the performers are just fantastic. Worth every penny. Expect drinks and food to be pricey but it’s the experience that counts”

“A wonderful small theatre right next to west Norwood station. The building itself is rather impressive itself and internally it is rustic and fits in with the building itself. The bar downstairs was welcoming and homely and despite an issue with their cellar, they had a reasonable selection available. The auditorium has a good rake on the seating meaning that I didn't feel too subconscious that I was blocking the person sitting behind me, but not too steep that it makes it a bad viewing angle for the audience. I will definitely be adding this to the list of theatres I keep an eye out on what's going on at.”

“I have been having vocal training with Andrew since September this year. I had not really sung for many years and was very nervous. Andrew has been extremely patient and kind. He has helped me believe that I can actually sing again He is extremely knowledgeable and versatile in his approach and always makes my lessons fun and engaging. I highly recommend him.”
