Woodcote House School
● Open“I couldn’t rate the school highly enough. My son has benefited enormously since he joined. The care & attention of all the staff is exemplary & very obvious by how well the teachers & headmaster know the boys. The clearest indicator as a parent is how keen my son is to go to school every morning & his new interest in learning & telling me some of the interesting things he has been taught!”

Cervantes Theatre

Newly refurbished in a modern European style, there is comfortable seating (actual cushions!) and a clean, crisp bar playing jazz music in the background. The rumble of the trains paying overhead adds to the intimate atmosphere, whilst the collection of trendy bars and restaurants outside ensures a lively atmosphere.”

The extensive range of academic subjects and sporting opportunities is enviable.”

Ealing Independent College
● Closed“I cannot recommend Ealing Independent College highly enough. My daughter had been having a difficult time at her previous school and Ealing Independent was recommended to me by another parent. I will always be grateful that I sent her there, as the College was absolutely transformational for my daughter. First of all the standard of teaching is truly excellent, with small class sizes and extremely dedicated teachers. Having come from a school with large classes, my daughter found the difference quite incredible and she was able to make fast improvement in all her subjects with the extra individual attention provided. The teachers at the College really do go above and beyond and were quick to identify any areas of struggle and provided extra support wherever necessary. During 'lockdown' the College adapted so quickly and the students were provided with a regular school day 'on line' which was very helpful, providing structure and a sense of normality during a time of upheaval. As well as the excellent academic provision, the pastoral and social side of the school is also outstanding. It is a warm, caring and supportive environment with all staff at every level treating their students with kindness and respect. All the students there were very happy and loved the atmosphere, and I experienced this too as a parent at parent's evenings and events. My daughter did extremely well in her GCSES, achieving top grades, thanks to the support and superb teaching she received at Ealing Independent. I cannot recommend the College highly enough. It is an absolute gem of a place and I know that any student who attends there will receive the best education, as well as enjoying a very happy and constructive learning environment.”

Albemarle has all the stuff that could make you say ‘that was one of the best experiences of my life’! I’ve achieved the grades I wanted and will now be going to university in London, which means that I’ll still be close to the place that I’m sure I will miss for a long time.”

Kenneth More Theatre
● Closed“Yet another wonderful Pantomime at the Kenneth More. Aladin was as good as all the others we have seen or attended in over 20 years of coming. Yes the jokes are corny but isn't that what it is supposed to be. Oh no it isn't! Oh yes it is. And believe it or not the actors never age, or do they. Well done everyone and keep up the good work. Can't wait to bring my grand children if we ever get any. Until that time arrives we will be taking our friends children to continue such corny somewhat risky entertainment. Keep up the great work all. See you next year.”

Bedfont Primary School
● Closed“I have just left Bedfont primary and it is the best place you could ever go. I used to go to another school and moved when I was in year 5.Everyone from Bedfont primary was so welcoming, kind and thoughtful and they were so helpful. If i had any problem there was someone who you could talk to any time. When I moved to year 6 I knew it would get harder from the SAT’s but all the teachers would say is you can only do your best and whatever you get we will be proud of you! That made keep on pushing to do my best and the next thing I know is I did really well on my tests and that’s all thanks to my year 6 teacher Mrs Bissel,Mrs Thorn,Mr Mcallan and most thanks goes to my amazing teacher Miss Roberts! I had only been there for a year and a half and it already felt like home and it felt we were all a big family and I loved that .So please go to Bedfont primary because I want it to grow and help more and more children.”

The Playground Theatre
● Closed“I saw James Purdy's 'the Paradise Circus' on Saturday 20 October. Wowza what an experience. This is a beautiful, powerful redemption story. As you watch it in the round, with a magical circus setting, you are pulled into 1920's small-town America. The hugely talented cast give strong performances and sing and play musical instruments. If you are a fan of early jazz (the Chicago Migration movement 1904 to 1930) you will adore The Paradise Circus music. It was composed by Darren Berry - of Penguin Cafe fame, he also performs with Salim Sai. Children aged 10 years+ will be enthralled by this play. DON'T MISS IT!”
