“An informative and enjoyable museum full of London’s rich history of transportation. It took a little over an hour to go through everything and it was great. They have some actual historical vehicles in the museum and you really gain an appreciation for the evolution of how we got to where we are today. The staff was also great, with the lady making sure we only bought the cheaper ticket relevant to tourists.”

“I recently spent 13 nights at the Covent Garden Opera flat. The location is fabulous, with pubs, restaurants and stores all an easy walk away. The kitchen well equipped, and the furnishing more than adequate for a very comfortable stay. It is located on the interior of the block, with pedestrian only access, so it is very quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the streets only 2 minutes away. Jennifer was very quick to resolve the one issue I had, and made sure to let me know that a contractor would be in at some point to do a minor repair that had been previously reported. All in all, working with Jennifer was easy and stress free, just what I want for a relaxing vacation. I fully plan to see what they have available the next time I head to London.”

“Perfect! We had booked a twin room but wanted a double bed so contacted them to request if we could be swapped to a double room. When we arrived we were told we had been swapped to a triple room at no extra charge. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. (We didn’t have breakfast). Can’t fault our experience”

I went in for a kitchen and was met by true professionals who also were able to lend help and give advice in many other aspects of my renovation project. “A great selection of films all the time. Bargain bin prices on a Monday too! What I really like though is that the lobby area is spacious and actually great to work away, read, chat with friends, drink, be merry. They also do Pitchblack Playback where you sit in the cinema and listen to an album in the dark. I fell asleep but that’s because I was tired, slept like a log. It was funny for some reason as some crypto-lad chatted to me beforehand and then I just slipped out when it ended, like a groggy thief in the night. (There was a time when the tap in the men’s had out-of-control water pressure but that’s been fixed. A bit niche but other reviewers like to nitpick)”

It was a fantastic experience both times with Sunny being extreemly supportive and helpful. He is very welcoming and funny! Great professional learning environment for beginners and experienced tattooist/piercer full of knowledge and tips. I Can't recommend doing these courses enough. Worth every penny xx”
