“Honestly love this thing. A friend had one at their house that I tried out and I was very impressed. Bought my own and have used it so much. I suffer with knots in my traps and neck and it's really helped to work them out and make me feel a lot more comfortable. I've had physio in the past because I was in so much discomfort, not realising that it was muscle knots. This has helped me more than any physio session. Also used on my calfs a lot which was absolute agony at first, but again has really made a big difference to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
