The Garden Pre-school, Hayes
● Closed“My son started at The Garden Pre-School a few weeks ago and has settled in beautifully. He has just turned two and, having been out of childcare for a long time, I was concerned as to how it would be to leave him. Well I needn’t have worried as all the staff at The Garden Pre-School have been incredibly kind, supportive and caring in making sure that my son feels happy and secure. In the first week teachers even took the time to update me regularly throughout each day, via phone calls, online messaging and photos as to how he had settled and the numerous fun activities he was taking part in. As an Early Years Teacher myself I am always very interested in other settings and having taken much time looking into different childcare options my husband and I were certain that the Garden Pre-School was the right place for our little boy. The outdoor area is always well maintained with fantastic equipment to allow children to explore safely and, as well as both the indoor and outdoor classrooms, there is an on-site Forest School, something which I personally believe is highly beneficial to children’s physical development as well as promoting independent exploration and imagination. I have already seen so much progress with regards to my sons speech, play and social behaviours. He runs out everyday with a huge smile on his face whilst shouting ‘bye bye friends’ and on the journey home when asked if he had a good day he replies ‘Yes, fun!’ As a parent, this is an amazing and reassuring thing to hear and I thank the staff at The Garden Pre-School for their hard work and dedication to the children they care for.”

Southborough Primary School
● Open“I attended Southborough Lane primary school in 1962 and 1963. We lived across the street- attached is a photo of my sister and I running to school in 1962. I have such wonderful memories of my time there. The teachers were kind and supportive. They instilled values of sharing and politeness I have never forgotten. There was a tree on the grounds, beneath which we children used to form a circle, hold hands and sing traditional songs. It was so all different when we moved to Canada- the only songs sung were from television shows (a luxury we didn't have in England) and politeness was ridiculed by my fellow students. I'm certain things have changed at Southborough Lane since, but I will always retain the memory of my idyllic childhood in England.”

Lottie's Pre-School
● Open“My son was the first child to enter the doors of Lotties preschool on their opening day at just 2 years old. He goes 3 days a week and absolutely has loved every minute. He's made so many good relationships with other children close friendships that will carry on when he moves onto primary school also close bonds with his teachers they are fun, kind, helpful and enthusiastic about the job that they do making it so easy to get along and talk to and my son adores each and everyone of them. Iv never had any complaints regarding my son attending if any issues occur they are dealt with very quickly & efficiently. They eat well and a wide variety of fruit & snacks offered throughout the session. The routine at Lotties is great all the children who attend know exactly what happens as the times they need to and all join in the routine and find it most enjoyable. My son is now nearly 4 and he has grown so much a little more every day that he attends. Conversation is amazing and is able to tell me everything that he's done in his time at preschool and he is always happy and positive when talking about it. I am so glad that I chose to send my son to Lotties preschool and wouldn't of chosen anywhere else for him to progress really happy overall they have been very accomodating throughout the years, understanding, professional and a great team that work together so well and my son will be very sad to leave to go to big school as he has become part of the furniture. Very highly recommended preschool and I will continue to recommend and praise for a long time to come. Well done to all the staff and thank you :)”
