From his A&E admission which was thorough and efficient, to his stay in Jonson Ward, the wonderful staff have gone out of their way to help him with his diabetes, his respiratory infection and his mobility issues. “Last minute booking handled perfectly! Very close to Wembley so was perfect location to stay for seeing Ed Sheeran. 10 min walk or 5 min bus ride to the tube. Place is clean, well stocked, water and soda at the reception. Staff is really friendly and good in an emergency.”

“They had a microwave on the room, which was super handy as we went to the supermarket in front of the hotel and was able to cook food. The shower is lovely, hot water and nice pressure. Beds were comfy and room would get warm and cosy. They charge for parking but it’s £10 for the whole stay, which I think it’s fair considering it’s London and they are so close to a tube station. We left the car at the hotel and took the tube to town. The breakfast included was simple, no hot food included which they don’t disclose beforehand but it was enough. You still have coffee, tea, juice, toast, fruit, yogurt and cereals. They provided a gluten free cereal box for my mum and was also able to provide oat milk to us when we requested.”

“This is a house in London that offers rooms for rent for long stays, each with a private bathroom with toilet and a kitchenette. The house has a backyard with a table and chairs for communal use. It has a total of 4 or 5 rooms. Parking on the street is free, there is a polyclinic, a grocery store and a huge park nearby. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The place is quiet and close to a metro station.”
