"Hello. Great service always even when under pressure and acknowledged waits can be longer. I'm very happy with the service provided by staff, nurses and GPs. Thank you to Dr Ravikumar, who has now left, for years of service, Dr Sam for all your help, etc."

"Requesting the NHS to shut this pathetic medical centre. All the doctors and receptionists are incompetent and hostile. Sam, Rebecca to name a few but overall a horrible centre that is churning the money out of public funds with no benefits to the patients."

"Ring in for an appointment, receive one over the phone after a WEEK. The doctors contradict themselves, making the patient very confused and stressed. I was experiencing pain in my rib area. I took a blood test and a BMI test. When I got my results over the phone I was told my BMI was high and I should join some sessions for my weight management.Had a follow up face-to-face appointment, she told me a completely different BMI which is a normal BMI. They told me the wrong BMI, unnecessary stress. Still experiencing the same symptoms. Had a phone appointment, was told that doctor needs to conduct an external examination as the pain could be due to my weight. The face-to-face appointment was with another doctor Dr Sam. She hasn’t read any previous notes, messages, as to why the doctor told me to make another appointment. When I explained, she told me that I have a mental problem and the doctor never said that the pain was due to my weight. It was the doctor that requested for another appointment, not me. The examination did not even take place. Dr Sam actually turned it back on me saying that I have a mental problem. There is no doctor-patient relationship. They dismiss your concerns entirely and simply say just take paracetamol. They don’t listen to the patient. In my opinion these doctors either need a break for their mental state or need more training on how to build a good doctor-patient rapport."

"I have been going to this practice for almost 30 years. In recent times, the quality of service simply has not been there. Much longer waiting times for consultations, and poor phone support. Despite the practice being the nearest, the time has come to look for a more professional establishment."

"Worst surgery ever seen. Doctors are not identifying any problems. Taking everything easy and putting the patient at risk. When we go to the emergency it's completely different. Some of the receptionists are so rude."
