“I’ve been to this shop a few times for shoes for my toddler. They are great with him, measuring his feet and checking the fit. He’s had some lovely pairs of shoes that wear well and look great. It’s so helpful to have their professional opinion on the fit. I don’t see any difference in price to big places like Clark’s and you can tell the staff really care.”

I had bought a coat from a different New Look store and had 2 issues : I realised I wanted a different size and the person at that store had forgotten to remove the security tag. So with these issues and the receipt I went to this New Look store and the lady at the store was very nice about the whole thing. I ended up buying a different coat altogether and she made the return and buying the new coat very seamless. Unfortunately I couldn't ask her name but she definitely needs a big kudos! :)”
