“This Indian Restaurant is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Sunbury on Thames. We truly enjoyed our meal there this afternoon with family visiting from Brisbane, Australia. The waiters were professional as always. The food is simply the best. Always fresh, delicious and truly authentic. Every mouthful was simply divine. We will be back again for sure. Highly recommended their vegetarian thali. The plus point is, parking is ample and its located a short walk from the scenic river view.”

“A great inexpensive hotel. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed short staffed. The same guy checked us in, was later behind the bar and waiting tables for dinner, and was also single-handedly running the front of house for breakfast. Our room was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer but no safe. There are a few shops very close by, but apart from that there's nothing of interest in the local area. The hotel is a good option as a stopover or to use as a base as it's near major roads.”

“Room is warm. Bathroom is very practical. Breakfast at £9.75 is worth it as it's just a lift journey to it. Hotel staff are helpful. It's good as your left alone by everyone & you can come & go as you please?”

“First time getting my nails done here and I must say I am super impressed! I am originally from Los Angeles, California where the nail business originated but I have to say they did a better job than salons in L.A. They were extremely friendly and Tom listened to exactly what I wanted. He made the perfect shape and made the nails look natural. Tammy did a great job with the pedicure too! A wonderful nail salon, and very clean and hygienic. They disinfect the pedicure spa after every use. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Team Jenny Salon for a great experience!”

“We were staying in a hotel nearby and went for a walk to see what was around for food and came across this absolute little gem!! The food is very reason priced, you could be dubious about the price but don't be as the food is wonderful quality and great portion sizes. I had the 8 nuggets and chips with salad and the nuggets were super crispy. A friend had a mixed kebab and it was huge and he said it was really nice. Cost around £35 for 4 of us with drinks. Came again for breakfast and it was just as good fast service, great choice of food and a great price. Over all, people are friendly and efficient”

Until I could see light at the end of that tunnel, and my life was getting better and better. Then we both agreed that I was ready to stop counselling. This was difficult for me at first, as I actually looked forward to my weekly sessions. But it was time to move on. But sometimes if I felt myself drifting back to the bad times, I would sit quietly, and think, what would Lauren say to me.
