"Place is looking very shabby and not very clean. The tables don't look like they have been cleaned for a while (4.30pm and not busy). Large latte is £4.05. Muffin £2.50 so more reasonable. They offer 6 choices of tea: English Breakfast, decaf and 4 others. I like Berry or fruit teas but none of these are offered so I asked for hot water. This was given (in a very small cup!) and free of charge."

"Poor variety just paninis and 3 menu options. Had posh beans more like posh Vomit! See picture. Bulbs are glass chandeliers and bumped my head twice as they hang to low! Sure they will be sued soon!!!"
