First order was SUPER fast- maybe next day. Second order took longer than usual- about 5/6 days. But this is because of higher than normal sales during Dec/Jan time. Online customer service respond fast. Only downside is products arrive in plastic packaging NOT a box like other big brands, I.e BOSS, Ralph Lauren etc”

Ordered a few things in their sale only to learn a week later that none of it was stocked in London. Ended up waiting nearly a month for my order to arrive from New York. They still neglected to refund even my postage despite my asking. In fact, when I phoned their 'customer care' line the gentleman I spoke to seemed as if he could not care less about the inconvenience. I definitly will not be shopping here again.”
