“We were meant to go here a couple of years ago then the pandemic hit so it got delayed. It was tricky to book as it's so popular but we got a table for lunch and decided to each have a different tasting menu so we could try everything on offer. The service was brilliant, the food was sublime. The offer of a cheese course before the desserts was very welcome, and the selection of cheeses was great.”

“Have dined a number of times and never been disappointed. As it was bonfire night a friend and I decided to get a takeaway. The food was beautiful, hot, with all the right spices, making it the same as if dined in. What was exceptional was that 2/3 minutes after opening the takeaway bag I realised that one item was incorrect but as we liked this starter anyway we decided not to bother to do anything. However the phone went and panorama rang, full of apologies and sent a driver out with the item we had ordered. I said it didn’t matter but they insisted. I thought this was great customer service. Amazing food, never disappointed completed with great customer service by lovely people”

“This was such a lovely experience. The Latin American cuisine was lovely and everyone from the chef to the waiting staff were on point with their customer service. I took my friend here for her 40th birthday. I highly recommend as something different to do in London. There were so many courses of taster items to try and it is filling. This photo is the first course that we had. Corn feast Red corn arepa, white corn salsa, corn truffle, crispy baby corn, sweetcorn and rum purée”

Every member of staff has been nothing short of perfect regarding service, kindness, attitude, and professionalism. The room itself is stylish and couldn’t be cleaner. “This was both mine and my partners first visit to this restaurant and the food was wonderful. Great portion sizes, tasty food, great service with so much to choose from. You MUST book here, turning up on a Saturday night in the hope of getting a table is slim. The queue of people waiting is a testament as to how good this place is. If you need a 5 star Indian restaurant on Brick Lane, then this is a great place to go to. We will definitely be revisiting.”

The location is great. The atmosphere not that great though. Prices are not bad. However you must pay in cash, which is not very convenient or practical. Would visit again.”

“Delicious authentic Indian food! I have been here atleast 5 times now, and hence I’m here to give a comprehensive review. My personal favourite here is rasmalai cake (I would give 100 stars for just this dish, not joking!) and nihari biryani is great too. All starters were amazing, with “mumbaiya pepper zinga” and “lamb chops” as shows toppers. In-house cocktails “cosmopolitan” and “lychee gulab martini” are awesome!! Not had anything as such anywhere else. All the dishes I tried here had perfectly balanced Indian flavours that’s suits anybody’s taste. Pricing is a bit on the high end, but I would say the food quality and portion size is well worth the price. Ambience here is classy and the vibe suits any mood. It is well located in the heart of chingford mount and easy to acces via public transport or private vehicles. Staff is well mannered and respectful. Service is good and wait times for food are just as they are in any other fancy restaurant. It’s better to reserve a table before you go, as this place can get quite busy, specially during dinner time on weekends. It’s a good place for any occasion, may it be a family gathering or a first date. There is no specific dress code but usually everyone is dressed smart-casual. As an icing on the cake, this place is also a picture-perfect place for your snaps or insta posts. I’ve added some photos I took, you can have a look and decide for yourself. Overall, it’s a great choice to get yourself a satisfying food treat!”

“Tasty food for a great price. Surprised rice didn't come with the meal, but only £3 extra. Had a large menu to chose from. Pictures are on Toffee Sticky Pudding, Vegetable Masala and Vegetable Curry. Masala was almost sweet, especially compared to curry.”

As an added bonus, I was so surprised at how reasonably priced the items were! We had two large breakfasts and two iced coffees for just over £15! Great experience - cannot reccomend enough :)”

Great pizza, lovely chips which they left unsalted as knew they were for kids but provided sachets of salt, pepper and garlic dip. Absolutely nailed it. 10 kids, 2 adults, 6 pizzas - all delighted. “I really love this concept. This was my second time in London and eating at Flat Iron this year and they didn't disappoint. Once you walk in, they get you seated, bring you a cup of popcorn immediately while you're waiting for the service to make your order. The steak is delicious and once you're paying you'll get a small "coin" for an exchange for the ice cream at the bar as you're leaving. I love this concept! No extra charges for the popcorn and ice cream. Good job!”

“This is one of the best Haitian Food restaurants I have been to anywhere including in Haiti. PERIOD! The beautiful dinning room and bar really set the stage for what is to come. The drinks are excellent and top quality (try the rhum punch or the 15-year Barbancourt). The Haitian cuisine and presentation offered here is beyond amazing and beyond delectable. It should also be said the Anglophone Caribbean dishes on the menu are also very delicious. I have been here 4 times in the last two weeks and the wait staff has always been kind and responsive. Don't miss London's only and BEST Haitian Restaurant!”
