I see Dr. Emma, and she is super friendly, apart from pulling my teeth out... she makes me feel super relaxed before we even get started, and then when she does, she constantly checks in with you to ensure you are ok. I visit as a private patient and don't think the prices are too unreasonable either.”

The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.”

I left much less anxious than when I walked in having booked for 2 additional appointments, to see a dental Hygienist, Kristina for a deep clean and then to have fillings for 2 molars done by Ameeka. They kept me informed about who the drivers would be and the service was brilliant. They took the table to pieces quickly and easily and transported everything without a hitch. They also made sure that the table was reassembled and that everything was well protected when they left. I am delighted with the polite and efficient service from the team and all for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“This is such a gem of a cattery!! Eric and Linda are so warm and friendly and you can see from visiting, just how much love and attention they give all the cats in their care. The chalets are so well prepared and have everything a cat needs to play and relax. The overall atmosphere is so settling and calm. Our cat, Adam, stayed here for 10 days over the summer and it was reassuring to know he was in this fantastic place! He came back so relaxed and happy - we are so grateful to Linda and Eric for taking such great care of him!”

“Our dog has been a regular boarder with Caroline for about 4 years, when we go on holiday, and Caroline has also visited our cat at our home. Our dog is treated like royalty every time (even gets Christmas dinners and presents!) and has lovely long walks and loads of attention. We've always felt very comfortable to leave our keys with Caroline and would not hesitate to recommend her for any pet sitting, visiting, walking and boarding. Caroline regularly updates us and sends photos and videos during the pets' time in her care, which is lovely as you get to see how well your pet is being cared for.”
