The APO gym is fantastic and I also use its shared co-working space all the time. I just think this whole development is a breath of fresh air in Barking! The room was clean and the building was easy to get to with how close it is the the tube. I loved this room and the service was amazing. I accidentally left a Paddington Bear behind and contacted them immediately. They are holding him for us so we can pick him up. The staff here are responsive and so extremely kind.
