The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. “The staff here are so amazing I had to give them a good review. I work for a small mammals vet practice so reptiles are not our speciality. Two terrapins were dumped at our practice and we had no facilities to care for them. We needed to urgently find them a safe place to stay. We called a few places with no success, but then we called these guys and they were more than happy to help. When I got to the shop it was packed. They're clearly a very busy place but they still found the time to help rescue some strays in need. I spoke to some customers while I was there and they spoke very highly of the staff that worked there and I can see why.”
