How anybody is induced into parting with hard earned cash for the over packaged, over priced, unripe, unseasonal, chemical laden rubbish on offer in English supermarket chains is beyond my understanding.”

“Just had my birthday dinner here and it was amazing. I think it's the tastiest Indian food I've ever had. So delicious and fresh and none of that excess oil that you get sometimes. Peshwari naan was light, fluffy and very full of coconut and everyone's dish tasted superb. The staff were super helpful and kind and even had a cake for me. I was so impressed and delighted... thank you to all at the Yasmin, I will be recommending to everyone and coming back. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“Uanama bellll!! Top, Top, Top!! Cafe' Amisha is the best Italian Restaurant in South-East London. All ingredients come directly from Italy, and all the chefs are Italian. All the waiters and Paola are incredibly kind and attentive. The main Chef, Leo, aka "The Maestro", is impressive. He cooks traditional recipes from Apulia and nationwide Italian food. Fregola, Pizza (ask for tuna and cipolla!) and fish are top at Amisha's cafe. At Easter time, ask for a Pastiera, a traditional Southern Italy Easter cake made. Maestro's pastiera is as good as my mum's. They also have a shop for Italian food which has really good stuff and Italian delicatessens. The owner, Francesco, is amazing. He is the most friendly and the nicest person ever. He is a natural people person, always smiling and happy. He also saved my life during the first lockdown and the food shortage. I bougth everything I needed there. He and his staff also delivered food to my place at any hour, including regular fresh fish deliveries.. He is also actively volunteering to help the NHS and the local community. A living hero, in a few words. He truly deserves a half-body statue at the nearby SPA garden.”

“Honestly, this cafe has been my favorite for years(Before it was called tartine). The prices are very reasonable, great value for money I recommend the sandwiches. The service is always high quality and they have contact plugs so you can work/study whilst sipping a coffee or fresh squeezed smoothie.”

“I have been to multiple middle eastern grocery shops, but Jaffa is no doubt the best. Meat is always fresh, people there are friendly and helpful. And there are always new imported goods and their prices are always fair”

“Amazing atmosphere works beautiful deformation around and great customer service. I felt incredible being there and the vegan cake was glam. I enjoyed my vegan hot chocolate with coconut milk. I would give 10/10 exclusively to everyone in the cafe. I'm glad the coffee shop remained opened the late evening and next time I'm planning on trying am meal from the menu. Vegan and organic. If you're dining after 6 pm you'll be lucky enough to get some discounts. Beautiful location very close to Parsons Green tube (district line) and other bus stops. The restaurant is located in zone 2.”

The food was impeccable, I was treated so well that it made my evening which meant a lot because I had just come from work and to experience that type of care from a restaurant was unbelievable. The friend I took thanked me all night for bringing her to Yaz because she also said it’s the best restaurant experience she’s ever had in her life and we got to experience new food we’d never tasted before and the quality of the restaurant was insane. I can’t even begin to describe the mojitos we’ve had, best mojitos ever, I recommend the strawberry one! The presentation of the food was beyond amazing. “The restaurant had great lebanese food with authentic taste (except for the tabbouleh that was made with quinoa instead of couscous, tasted good tho, but I've never eaten that in arabic food in general) Very colourful and fun decorated restaurant and cute and nice people working there. “Great food, good portions, fast and polite service and a good price. Mangal has nailed the key attributes a good restaurant should have (and that many much more expensive ones fail to). Even when there was a mistake on my order the waiter was very apologetic and gave me an extra portion even though I told him it was ok. The Turkish tea at the end was a great touch! I will certainly be back, and bring my friends. Thank you!”

“Fabulous Italian restaurant. Recommended to book in advance as it is not too big. Food is superb, very attentive staff. I tried the Gamberonni al aglio for starters and the chicken milanesse and an affogatto for dessert. All 3 choices were perfect.”

“Chicken shish tapas were juicy and cooked through! The cekas and hummus were so fresh and the pita was crisp and hot! Nice blend of oil in them it wasn’t overdone. The stuffed grape leaves were the best out of them all. Jam packed and classy and the side salads were light and refreshing. First place in London to eat and we will be going back!”

“The problem with a lot of Iranian and Turkish halal butchers is that they will not remove bones or skin from certain pieces of meat like for example chicken thighs. Not only are the people in this shop happy to cut the meat however you want it but I also find that the meat here is of a lot better quality then of a lot of the halal butchers around Finchley and Barnet. Keep up the good work guys.”
